Guidance

This is guidance! We had so much fun!  We are learning about the Zones of regulation.  We use these zones to talk about our moods and why we are in certain moods at certain times.  Our HW is to make a list of strategies we use to move out of the red zone into the green zone!  Ask your child more about this!
